How to come?

Air Mauritius serves 28 destinations. Other airlines serving Mauritius: South African Airways, Emirates, Condor, LTU, Corsairfly, Air Europe, Air Madagascar, Air Seychelles, BAComair, Virgin Atlantic and Transaero.

Until 31 December 2010, French citizens wishing to travel to Mauritius can now do it simply with a valid identity card, without prior registration. Today, this new initiative is all the French in possession of an identity card and covers all types of stays without restrictions.
Never destination Mauritius were also available on French tourists.

True to its tradition of hospitality, Mauritius is always positioned more as a tourist destination accessed by this approach and wants to encourage French tourists to come and enjoy, even at the last minute, the many assets of the destination.

French nationals simply carry their identity card must fulfill the conditions of use:
- Have a valid identity card six months after the return trip
- Be in possession of a return airline ticket
- Demonstrate a firm booking for accommodation
- Have sufficient financial means to cover their living expenses

Upon arrival on the Mauritian territory, a residence permit (Permit Landing) they will be granted for the duration of their stay. This document stamped by the immigration authorities must be presented again at their exit.

To note, the Mauritian authorities have extended the same measure to Italian citizens. Moroccans with their passports will get a visa on arrival (and not before departure).
